Welcome to Two Day Appraisal, Inc. Our home office is located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina but we cover a very wide area of both South and North Carolina. Please see “Coverage Area” for a complete list of counties covered. We have a network of branch offices spread throughout the area and offer a central location for the placement of all orders with a single phone number where you will always be able to access someone for discussion of your situation. We do not “farm out” your order nor do we act as an appraisal management firm. We have established offices in your area and we personally review every appraisal submitted to you or your company. We have an ever increasing coverage area so please check back frequently for updates if your particular county or state is not mentioned. Also, we would like for you to feel free to register with our company and use your own personalized username and password to place orders with our firm 24 hours a day/7 days a week. We work very closely with our clients and our site allows you to see every order you have placed with our firm so you may check the status of each order whenever you like. We try to update the status of each order at least twice a day in an attempt to keep you well informed. We provide a 24 to 48 hour turnaround for each order placed from the time of inspection and we will call each customer/homeowner/agent each night and morning till we get the appointment set. Typically, if you place an order with us today we will set the appointment for the next day and try to have it back to you the following day. Same day service is always available for those rush orders so please don’t hesitate to ask.
